Legs Up the Wall

Sit with hip against wall.

Come on to elbows and rotate legs up the wall.

Be sure bottom is touching wall. Flex feet.

Take deep breaths and relax.

Soles of the feet together, press knees away.

With legs extended, allow feet to drop towards the floor.
